Capture and archive departmental performance to monitor and assure continued improvement and benchmark results with other institutions.

Researches, organizes, and assesses complex data, including budget development, schedules/deadlines, and scope delineation, to identify strategic planning requirements and resources necessary to achieve successful completed projects.

Coordinates with external vendors, skilled trades, and college personnel to improve learning environments on campus. Manages construction managers, architects, contractors and subcontractors on assigned projects. Manages preventive/deferred maintenance, capital and infrastructure improvements, utilities, and grounds maintenance projects. Provides independent management of campus facilities and grounds, systems, and staff in cooperation with department leadership, operations and maintenance/grounds staff.
